Shipping & Exchange Procedure

You, as a customer, have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgement of the delivery to the courier company.

If you want to return the package you will need to notify us after payment to the courier and then you will need to send us back the package at your own expense for return or exchange.

You can apply for an Exchange within 30 days of your purchase

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will gladly process an exchange maximum within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for a return to be acceptable.

NOTE: Buyer pays the return courier charges , if the suit is not defected

 Exchange Procedure

To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

1. Take a picture of the defective part of the item
2. Pack the item back in the original packing
3. Email us the picture of the defective part and let us know that you want to return or exchange
4. We will give you the address to return the item
5. Go to your local courier and send us the package.
6. Once we receive the package we will process the exchange .
7. Note free of charge Exchange is only possible if there is a visible defect in the item other wise courier charges will apply.
